Reservations
Reservation of the tourist services offered in “The Castle” are made by a reservation form which the customer submits on the website. The reservation is confirmed once the customer has received written confirmation from the online booking system, which specifies the total amount due on the reservation.

Price and Payment Method
The current prices of the regular tickets and tickets with disounts are shown on the website. All payments are made electronically via card (VISA, MasterCard) through the hotel website and all expenses and commissions on bank transfers shall be on the customer’s account.

Penalties
The customer could cancel the requested services without penalties. In this case the prepaid amounts are refundable in 14 days since the day of the cancellation. All expenses and commissions on bank transfers shall be on the customer’s account.
