One of the most authoritative European quality control organizations ESQR, based in Switzerland, awarded the Bulgarian castle “In Love with the Wind” of businessman Georgi Tumpalov with the most prestigious Diamond Certificate for European Quality of Tourist Product” for 2024. At a solemn ceremony at Schönbrunn Palace in the capital of Austria on December 9, companies, organizations, institutions and public administrations from Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and Australia were honored. The Choice Prize 2024 quality award is a recognition of their exceptional success achieved over the years. Famous business leaders from different countries, academic experts, quality professionals, civil servants and diplomats took part in the ceremony in the ballroom of the palace in Vienna.

“It is not an easy task to pass through the sieve of an international audit, including over 100 control points and procedures, starting from the compliance for “price/quality”, environmental protection, care for plants and animals, availability of facilities and service personnel for people with impaired vision and special needs, places for recreation and multilingual tourist service. The award makes us happy because it is also a success for Bulgaria and motivates us to work with even greater desire”, shared the owner and builder of the castle, Georgi Tumpalov.

The ESQR certificate is not accidentally associated with the term “Swiss precision” and makes it extremely easy to attract companies and organizations with the corresponding high rank for future joint activities. Of all 10 previous editions of the annual ESQR ranking, held in Brussels, Rome and New York, a Bulgarian participant reached such a high distinction for the first time.
