Italy’s famous sommelier and culinary no. 1 Maurizio Ferreri visits the castle owner on 20 july 2019.
Mr. Ferreri is a traditional marketing specialist, a member of the Federation of Italian Chefs, the Istituto Internazionale Assaggiatori Caffè and the President of the Bulgarian club of Associazione Italiana Sommelier.
The visit is about the upcoming opening of the Wine Alley in the Castle.
