The castle “In love with the wind” won the trust of the most demanding cruise companies in the world and was included, as an integral part, in their programs, including the Bulgarian ports. This was announced at the 64th General Assembly of Cruise Lines in Tarragona, Spain.
The architectural landmark of Georgi Tumpalov impressed with a spectacular presentation and gathered the applause of both the participants and the media participating in the event.
“We have been working in this direction since 2016, when we established the first contact during the World Travel Market, London, and as you can see, in “only 8 years” we managed to meet the criteria for associate membership in the organization,” shared Georgi Tumpalov. We very carefully managed to show what we can offer to the customers of the cruise companies, invited their executives, managers and company owners to visit the castle in person and won their trust. Persistence is the secret of our success”.
About what does all this mean for the region and for Bulgaria? For more clarity, we asked the manager of the castle, Janko Krastev: “The organization in which we were accepted includes about 40 cruise companies, and some of them have dozens of ships. Counting the number of organizations by ship by customer is unthinkable, because not all of them include the Black Sea ports in their programs, but those that have such programs are enough to begin with. I give just an example of one of the ships that carries out our excursion program from the Port of Burgas: 2380 personnel and 7600 passengers. Imagine not only the organization to be created, but also the benefits it will all bring to people and local businesses?’
The Bulgarian castle has long gone beyond the framework of a tourist site of regional and national importance and is an unavoidable factor in the international tourist market. We remind our readers that on the 1st of July, the International Design Exhibition “40×40” will be opened at the Castle “In Love with the Wind” in Ravadinovo, where only the works of 40 laureates of international design competitions out of 40 will be shown live and on multimedia screens. countries.
